CAMP INSTRUCTOR
More than twenty years ago, Polly began teaching children in the ways of clay. Polly believes that we learn valuable life lessons when creating art. In her classes she sees problems solved and confidence built.

Recommendations for Polly's Clay Camps are easy to come by. Over the years, countless children have spent some part of their summer vacations learning the wonders of pottery with Polly, having a great time and expressing their individual creativity in clay. Past students respect and admire the teacher they refer to as “Polly the Potter."

THE CAMPGROUND
Clay Camp meets at the “Polly on the Avenue” studio located in historic Inman Park. While in this working artist’s space, students will see work in various stages of completion, gaining insight into the daily workings of a professional studio.

Camp projects will be lots of fun and will vary from session to session. Each student will learn basic hand building skills and glazing, and all sessions will include some work on the pottery wheel.
